2025年主要事项记录：

* 2月20日：【新产品发行】 为了向潜在用户展示我们的投资和行研能力，我们使用小部分资金做了两个Demo 产品，Serenity Demo Fund - Benchmark (Beta收益为主）和Project Blizzard（Alpha 收益为主）。Demo Fund 通过一个Token $BENCHMARK 持有（[交易记录](https://arbiscan.io/tx/0x9db1884657f43d6322a8730fc92d8cced21f3e7bd15438283f6c992c2e6cf09d)），Blizzard 通过簿记份额的形式持有 （[交易记录1](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x5bd32e54cc2df2408381d07d718f886c7e94ea70b6f5833e46633b5509922df0)，[交易记录2](https://arbiscan.io/tx/0x57bebb83262ccb88861a31828e2ca9f8d5353c747101e7c42314b516ea677120)）。Blizzard的本金由Fund Manager 全额担保；Benchmark 和Blizzard的收益都是市场化的收益，记录在Serenity的官网或者官方文档中。
* 7月9日：【Dew: ReSupply Hack】 ReSupply 被黑客攻击，导致了$10m的损失，项目方和保险池子按照4：6的比例承担损失，同时项目方计划发行RSUP补偿用户。我们在Resupply的保险池子中有$120k的投资，损失了15%，约$18k，直接计入当期损失，不计提。如果后续获得RSUP补偿，则计入后期收益。
* 8月8日：【Dew: Stability Hack】 Stablity DAO 被黑客攻击，导致其产品 metaUSD损失，项目放正在进行补救和发行debt token 补偿损失。Dew的最大损失为$51,600，但是预期项目方会赔偿部分。目前计入损益，不计提；如果未来有任何补偿，直接对冲损益。 
* 11月3日：【Lava: Balancer Hack】 Balancer 被黑客攻击，我们在Lava 的eth 3pool 被盗，损失大约25 ETH，占资金总量的10%，具体事件进展有待更新。
* 11月17日：【Lava 清算】 由于市场原因，我们主动清算了Lava 产品。
