# 风险因素

虽然The Lava旨在对冲虚拟货币的价格波动风险，但是参与虚拟货币项目本身存在其他风险：

**行业风险**

The Lava所有的资金、收益和操作，均基于以太坊。虽然十多年来，以太坊已经被数十万计的开发者和用户接受，但是这并不意味这以太坊完全没有风险。当整个以太坊停止运转的时候，基于以太坊的虚拟货币依然可能大幅度贬值，即使是稳定币；出现这种宏观系统失灵的概率虽然很低，但是我们不能否决他们的存在。

**政策风险**

新加坡虽然是开明的政府，对虚拟货币的持有和交易持开放态度，但是这并不意味这政策不会改变；我们参与的平台项目，也受到其所在国的法律管辖，因此存在政策风险。比如，ETH或者ETH的衍生品（ETH 2.0含有收益部分）可能被美国监管机构调查，并受到处罚，导致持有者的损失。

**第三方Defi平台**

The Lava的钱包会与其他DeFi应用交互，比如Curve和其他借贷协议。我们不能保证Defi平台的安全性，或者不被黑客攻击。虽然这确保了流动性提供者可以随时赚取利息，但这也带来了额外的风险。请确保提供的资产不要超出你可以承受的损失范围，请勿将本网站或其他地方提供的任何材料视为投资建议。

**管理员信任风险**

The Lava是托管型的产品，参与方授权管理人使用其资金统一操作。目前，对管理人的信任是参与项目的基础。随着时间的推移，我们会逐步将 The Lava和Serenity Fund的产品和治理机制程序化，或者实现去中心化。
