# VC投资总结暨清算报告

DEW 是我们在去年2021年10月24日开始的一只VC产品，第一期金额5万USDC。这个产品的目标是投资TVL迅速增长的DeFi项目，在牛市中快速获利。这个逻辑在2022年初市场转熊的时候被打破了，除了GMX以外，大部分项目颗粒无收。我们在2月份即时停止了投资，并通过投资稳定币回收了一部分资金。整体而言，DEW的投资情况如下：

  * GMX.io 211005 买了 0.3 ETH $GMX (按照ETH时价 USDC 1000)
  * Tracer.finance 211024 建仓 1500 USDC
  * Wonderland.money 211017 买了 1000 USDC的 $TIME，并Stake; 12月1日加仓USDC 1500并stake
  * Impermax.finance 1030 建仓 1000 USDC 的$IMX
  * Cap.Finance 20211030 建仓1000 USDC 的$CAP

2022年初以来，市场在Luna、3AC和FTX的影响下持续恶化，VC项目大多处境艰难，包括红杉在内的知名基金均折戟沉沙。因此，我们不再继续VC投资的逻辑，并对现有的DEW产品按照净值清算。截止11月30日，我们的净值为$44,983，对应原始投资$50,000，单位净值0.9 USDC。我们将按照这个金额赎回，或者投入其他产品。

VC产品的投资模式为投资早期的Defi或者gamefi项目，以追求10x回报的项目为目标。单笔投资的金额为整个投资规模的2%-5%，以目前规模来说，初次投资$1000，追加投资到$2500。

投资的方式为价值个估值驱动，主要寻找新的链上的优质项目，估值方法以Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) / Total Value Locked (TVL)、Trading Volume或者其他相关核心业务数据为主，并和以太坊主流的项目做估值对比。

产品的名字为The Dew (Fund 1)，是封闭式基金，在6个月（明年4月30日之前）内不能退出；原则上不接受增资，但是视投资结果，将很快启动 Fund 2，并扩大规模。
